Hey Blue, whats the deal in HS re the IG rule? Someone said that, in HS, there is no such thing as "outside the tackles" or out of the box, thats just NCAA and NFL. So, lets say, 'A' team QB is 15 yds behind LOS, running laterally for his life with several team B defenders in close pursuit. All eligible receivers are on the other side of the field, and just prior to going OB, the QB tosses the ball down the near sideline, and it lands 5 yds OB, no players from either team within 20 yds of ball. How will you rule?

Intentional grounding, 5 yard penalty from the spot of the pass, and loss of down.
