It's legal motion. He doesn't have to reset since no other teammate moved.

1. All 11 players are set for 1 second in a legal formation (7 on line, 4 off)
2. Then one backfield player slides sideways 1-2 steps
3. Stops
4. The ball is snapped before he has been set for one second.
Is this an illegal shift or just a man in motion?
