Team A attempts a 50 yd field goal. The LOS is the 33, ball placed down on the 40. Kick is plenty long, but misses left. So, team B takes over. Do they get the ball on the 33 or the 40?
2nd question: Same scenario, but the kick (by Team A) is just short, and lands on say the 10, and rolls around. It this a "live" ball? Can team B attempt a return? Can team A recover the ball, and if not, can they down it?
